Human Resource Generalist
The Village of Greenfield, OH, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team and play a key role
in administering HR plans and policies, conducting recruitment and new-employee orientations,
handling employee relations and interviews, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance
with employment laws, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment
and benefits laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 3-5 years of HR
experience, knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and excellent organizational and
interpersonal skills. This is a part-time position.
